The main course is "Dandan Nabe" (hot pot), a special dandan soup made from dried sardines and chicken bones from the Seto Inland Sea, and locally brewed soy sauce, with plenty of the delicious flavors of ingredients such as offal, shrimp, pork, and vegetables from Okayama Prefecture. Our restaurant's signature a la carte dishes and desserts are also included.
